Change your email
In order for a user to change the Crypto APIs account email, they must have access to it.
Customers can change the email address associated with their Crypto APIs 2.0 account from within their Dashboard only. To do so, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Crypto APIs 2.0 Dashboard, select the profile icon on the upper right corner and click on Change email.
2. On the page that appears you would need to provide your new email address and the password for login. Click on "Save Changes".
You have to type the same password to confirm the action. You cannot change the password from here. To change a password, please see this Guide.
3. The system will send a confirmation email with a link to the new email address and await the user to click on it.
4. After the user clicks on the link in the confirmation email, they will be redirected to the login page of the Crypto APIs 2.0 Dashboard. There a message will confirm the change and the customer can then log back in with the new email address and the old password.
