List Latest Mined Blocks

GET
/blockchain-data/{blockchain}/{network}/blocks/last/{count}

Through this endpoint customers can list up to 50 from the latest blocks that were mined.

Path Parameters

network string Required

Represents the name of the blockchain network used; blockchain networks are usually identical as technology and software, but they differ in data, e.g. - "mainnet" is the live network with actual data while networks like "testnet", "mordor" are test networks

blockchain string Required

Represents the specific blockchain protocol name, e.g. Ethereum, Bitcoin, etc.

count integer Required

Specifies how many records were requested.

Query Parameters

context string Optional

In batch situations the user can use the context to correlate responses with requests. This property is present regardless of whether the response was successful or returned as an error. context is specified by the user.

Response Schema

apiVersion string Required

Specifies the version of the API that incorporates this endpoint.

2021-03-20
requestId string Required

Defines the ID of the request. The requestId is generated by Crypto APIs and it's unique for every request.

601c1710034ed6d407996b30
context string Optional

In batch situations the user can use the context to correlate responses with requests. This property is present regardless of whether the response was successful or returned as an error. context is specified by the user.

yourExampleString
data object Required
limit integer Required

Defines how many items should be returned in the response per page basis.

50
offset integer Required

The starting index of the response items, i.e. where the response should start listing the returned items.

0
total integer Required

Defines the total number of items returned in the response.

100
items array Items (object) Required
hash string Required

Represents the same as transactionId for account-based protocols like Ethereum, while it could be different in UTXO-based protocols like Bitcoin. E.g., in UTXO-based protocols hash is different from transactionId for SegWit transactions.

3c7b39671b02df07c5c25c2ce135f3a1615acb47d01337211ece8aa5e5926b72
height integer Required

Represents the hight of the block where this transaction was mined/confirmed for first time. The height is defined as the number of blocks in the blockchain preceding this specific block.

45903259
previousBlockHash string Required

Represents the hash of the previous block, also known as the parent block.

24057417652cd253e328ffc9a44ed3a8b0708c0c598bab73c5799505a1452e01
timestamp integer Required

Defines the exact date/time when this block was mined in Unix Timestamp.

1681893875
transactionsCount integer Required

Represents the total number of all transactions as part of this block.

92
blockchainSpecific object Required
bits string Required

A sub-unit of BCH equal to 0.000001 BCH, or 100 Satoshi, and is the same as microbitcoincash (μBCH). Bits have two-decimal precision.

423838743
chainwork string Required

Represents a hexadecimal number of all the hashes necessary to produce the current chain. E.g., when converting 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000086859f7a841475b236fd to a decimal you get 635262017308958427068157 hashes, or 635262 exahashes.

0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000005c9475aae89058a50a6
difficulty string Optional

Represents a mathematical value of how hard it is to find a valid hash for this block.

21448277761059.71
merkleRoot string Required

Defines the single and final (root) node of a Merkle tree. It is the combined hash of all transactions' hashes that are part of a blockchain block.

d3a49e75a5c53ef277bfe0f6474c8ff35c9d3d8f9f9e65a1d3bf45ecff601c82
nonce integer Optional

Represents a random value that can be adjusted to satisfy the proof of work

500511677
size integer Optional

Represents the block size

1864409
strippedSize integer Required

Defines the numeric representation of the block size excluding the witness data.

502
version integer Required

Represents the version of the specific block on the blockchain.

536870916
versionHex string Required

Is the hexadecimal string representation of the block's version.

20000004
weight integer Required

Represents a measurement to compare the size of different transactions to each other in proportion to the block size limit.
